My name is Bridget Mensah and I'm a dedicated Master of Social Work Student from the University of Toronto with a passion for being an ally and advocating for the well-being of individuals. I have also earned my Social Service Worker diploma from Seneca Polytechnic and my Bachelor of Social Work from York University. 

Many of us are dealing with several life challenges such as school stress, employment, relationships, and mental health and I am here to support you on your pathway of evolution. My approaches are collaborative, goal oriented, cultural sensitivity, and client-centered. 

Currently, I'm working at Winrose Oasis Counseling as an intern counselor, where I strive to provide support and guidance for those in need. My goal is to empower individuals and communities , ensuring that the population I work with are in a safe and nurturing environment to speak and express their mind. I will be providing reduced cost therapy and consultations sessions.
