    Child and Youth Therapy

    We support children and youth in regulating their emotions while providing them with tools to manage anxiety, depression, or behaviour challenges. Play and art-based activities are integrated to engage children or youth (ages 6-18) to regulate their emotions. cope with friends or school issues.     Family Therapy

    A therapeutic space for each family member to address concerns, engage in open communication and develop goals. This space is for parents, children, or extended family members to discuss a difficult experience, a major life transition, mental health challenges or parent-child issues.

    Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB)

    We offer free, trauma-informed counselling services for eligible First Nations and Inuit clients through the Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) Program. Services include individual therapy for children, youth, and adults, available virtually or in person. We handle the billing directly with NIHB, so there’s no cost to you.

    Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP)

    We accept clients covered under the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP), which offers temporary health coverage for eligible individuals without provincial or private insurance.
