Meet the Team

  • Rachel Wilson, MSW, RSW

With the ups and downs of life sometimes we fall off-track and need a bit of help getting back up. Whether we get stuck in a funk, experience the pain of loss, or life transitions just seem too much. I’m here to meet you where you are and together cultivate a safe space where you can feel seen and heard.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and unique to you. I draw from mindfulness informed cognitive therapies (ACT, DBT, and MBCT), emotion focused, and somatic experiencing. Together, we’ll explore and unpack the life experiences that brought you to therapy. My goal is to alleviate some of that stress while getting to understand the authentic you.

I would be honoured to be a part of your journey.
