Caroline Henson, BSW
Master of Social Work Student Intern
My name is Caroline Henson and I am a Master of Social Work Student from York University. As a dedicated social worker, I am passionate about fostering mental wellness and providing a safe, supportive environment for individuals to explore their emotional wellbeing. Guided by empathy, active listening, and a genuine commitment to making a positive impact, I strive to meet each person where they are and support them in achieving personal growth and resilience. I draw on a foundation of evidence-based practices tailored to meet the diverse mental health needs of those I work with. From cognitive-behavioral strategies to mindfulness and person-centered techniques, I am committed to integrating modalities that support holistic healing and personal growth. My goal is to empower individuals through a collaborative therapeutic process, nurturing self-awareness, resilience, coping skills, and a renewed sense of hope.
Through every interaction, I am continually inspired by the courage and growth of those I work with, and I would be honoured to support you along your healing journey!
