Individual Therapy for Adults

Individual therapy provides a confidential space to explore anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. We work with you to understand emotional patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy can help you:

  • Feel calmer and more emotionally balanced

  • Improve coping and emotional regulation

  • Strengthen self-trust and decision-making

  • Navigate life transitions with greater stability

We offer both short-term support and longer-term therapy depending on your needs.

Child and Youth Therapy (Ages 6–18)

Children and youth often express emotions differently than adults. Our therapists use developmentally appropriate approaches, including play-based and creative therapy, to help young clients process emotions and build important coping skills.

We also work collaboratively with parents, providing guidance and strategies to support your child’s emotional well-being at home.

Couples Counselling

Couples therapy helps partners improve communication, resolve conflict, and rebuild trust. We support couples navigating relationship stress, emotional distance, life transitions, and premarital preparation.

Therapy helps you develop healthier patterns, strengthen emotional connection, and move forward with greater understanding.

Family Therapy

Family therapy provides a supportive space for families to improve communication, address conflict, and strengthen relationships. We help families navigate transitions, emotional challenges, and parent-child concerns with greater clarity and cooperation.

Faith-Integrated Therapy

For clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith into therapy, we offer support that respects both clinical and spiritual perspectives. Therapy can help you navigate emotional challenges, explore spiritual questions, and align your mental health with your personal values.

Autism Support Counselling

We provide affirming, neurodiversity-informed counselling for individuals on the autism spectrum and their families. Therapy focuses on emotional regulation, coping strategies, and navigating social and daily challenges in a supportive and respectful environment.
