Meet Stacy-Ann

Stacy-Ann Lettman, MSW, RSW

REGISTERED SOCIAL WORKER & PSYCHOTHERAPIST

I am a compassionate, person-centered therapist dedicated to supporting individuals, children (12+), youth, and their families through life’s challenges with care, respect, and understanding. I have a Master of Social Work degree, and I am registered with the OCSWSSW with over 10 years of experience working with children, youth, and their families.

Life can be complex, especially when you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to cope with what you are experiencing. Whether emotions feel intense, difficult to manage, or hard to put into words. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable being yourself and feel understood. Growing up can be complicated, especially when a child or youth is dealing with overwhelming emotions or difficult experiences.

Whether it is life transitions, stress, anxiety, behavioural or emotional challenges, self-regulation, or the impact of trauma, it can be hard to know where to start. When working with children or families, I focus on strengthening communication, supporting connection, and helping caregivers feel more equipped to support their child while also respecting each young person’s need for trust and autonomy in the therapeutic space. I balance meaningful parent involvement while maintaining a young person’s sense of privacy and trust in therapy.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I integrate cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, person-centred, and trauma-informed care to help you better understand your thoughts, emotions, build practical coping skills, and feel more confident in yourself. I provide virtual therapy for individuals, children (12+), youth, and families navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, emotional challenges, and life transitions. You do not have to figure this out alone; support is available when you are ready.
